Can I let my workers at the store post products and update orders with out using my admin to my bank information?

A1: Different Admins

Yes, In Your Dashboard you have a tab called staff where you can set different admin logins for staff where you can easily pick the features they can control and not control, at a click of a few buttons easily shown on the page.

Q2: How To Become Featured

When posting my product on your site is it just how pricey my piece is or picture taking, like nice black backgrounds to get my product featured?

A2: How To Become Featured

Trying to get featured does involve picture taking as we always want to promote good quality pictures and will even take down bad or blury ones. But it Also involves having unique Products and detailed descriptions to be able to be on the featured page.

Is there a correct shipping policy or guide lines I need to abide by?

Making sure you chose correct time for shipping we try and strive to have you ship as fast as possible. If you pay for full service than you will get us faxing you the shipping label and assigning a pick up time either that day or the next if it is to late.

Shipping Policy
processing times can be between 1-3 days. Rest assured that the increased processing time simply means our shippers need a wee bit more time to carefully tend to each and every order. Orders are not packaged up on U.S Holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date. All of our packages are shipped out via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. We offer a variety of shipping speeds through these carriers. Tracking labels are sent out via email once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier.

Refund Policy
We accept returns on all unused products, as well as electronics within their original, unopened packaging, up to 30 days after the order has been placed. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return.* If the product arrives different then described or is broken are the reasons for returns any other reason is only if we choose to accept.
